Habitat to Build Townhomes for Senior Citizens

Bay-Waveland Area Habitat for Humanity was recently given the green light to build 16 condominiums in the Union Street community by the Bay St. Louis City Council. The new units are intended to provide Senior Citizens and physically challenged persons with an affordable housing option in the community. "These units will make it much easier for our Senior Citizens and fellow residents with physical challenges to live near the heart of Bay St. Louis and enjoy the amenities of this wonderful city," said Wendy McDonald, Executive Director of HFH Bay-Waveland. "We're delighted for the support of the City Council and others in making this hope a reality."
